Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Course Registration:

Students must complete the registration process and make full payment via Razorpay to secure a spot in the course.

2. Cancellation by Students:

• Cancellations requested more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations requested between 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by GHC Academy:

If the ghc academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in another course of equal value.

4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed.
